The ability to isolate the movement of your ribcage from your pelvis can be a challenging but excellent way to stretch your deepest back muscles, in the session we will look at gently elongations for the spine rotators that can assist your tango isolation movements creating a solid base for your upper body rotation.

2-3pm Hip Stability, Lumbar Spine Mobility and Inner Leg Strength for solid one leg stand and free leg expression and upper body plasticity. Pilates-Release session with foam roller.
3-4pm Counter rotations positions in the back 8 for giros and boleos.
4-5pm Tango Barre, exploring moving patterns to integrate sessions 1 & 2 + Q & A, a space for you to ask questions or clarifications.
