Solo MilongaWorkout is a progressive course designed to work on a low impact routine with playful rhythms from Milonga Lisa and Milonga Traspié. The classes contain fun paced routines involving musicality, coordination and above all having a good time with our milonga music that brings happiness and smiles when we dance to it.
-Class 1 Milonga Lisa Workout- La Habanera and El Candombe.
-Class 2 Milonga Traspié variations blending quick and slow tempos.
-Class 3 Combo Milonga (lisa+Traspié)
Open level suitable for early improvers and intermediates.
