How the 45 Min Inner Strength sessions work and what includes:
1 or 2 Sessions:
- 6 Principles, introduction to Pilates with clear explanations and fundamental exercises to understand the original six principles: concentration, control, center, flow, precision and breathing.
3 Sessions Block Booking:
- Full dynamic and static postural assessment.
- Customised programme designed based on your individual needs and applying Pilates’ 6 main principles.
5 sessions Block booking:
- Full dynamic and static postural assessment.
- Customised programme designed based on your individual needs and applying Pilates’ 6 main principles.
- Five routines of 45min each, a fluid and progressive method of given for you to practice at your own time with 1-1 tutor guidance and revision.
- One video recording of your process and progression. (optional)
Bookings: Upon reservation you will be asked to fill a short health history form and agree your schedule according to your availability. 1 tutor will deliver your personal programme. Our 1-1 studio is located in East Dulwich, Zone 2 with train stations in Denmark Hill and East Dulwich only 5 min walk. Trains to/from Victoria and London Bridge are just 12 min journey. We can also travel to you if you are booking the 3 or 5 block booking sessions. Travel expenses will be charged.
